ORANGE SHERBET GELATIN SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. heavy cream or Dream Whip

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet. Mix well. When partially congealed, add oranges and cream. Chill until set.
