OUR SPINACH SALAD | |
2 qts. spinach, torn and washed 1 lb. bacon, fried, crumbled 2 eggs, hard boiled, chopped 3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs 4 lg. fresh mushrooms, sliced DRESSING: 1/3 c. sugar 4 green onions, chopped 1 c. salad oil 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. cider vinegar 3 tsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. honey 1 tsp. hot sweet mustard Put dressing ingredients in shaker container and shake well. Best 1 day old or longer. Shake before serving on spinach. Parmesan grated cheese may be added on top of spinach. Also, radishes sliced thin may be added. |
