NO BAKE NUT COOKIE BARS | |
12 oz. chocolate chips 12 oz. butterscotch chips 1 c. peanut butter 1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows 2 c. mixed nuts, peanut or pecans Melt chips and peanut butter in heavy pan over low heat. Stir to blend. Remove from heat, stir in nuts, then miniature marshmallows. Spread in greased jelly roll pan (12x15) chill, cut in squares. Note: Adding nuts first cools mixture so marshmallows won't melt. |
