CONTINENTAL SALAD 
1 egg yolk, hard cooked
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Fresh ground pepper
Paprika

Combine the egg yolk, mashed, with the Worcestershire sauce. Blend in the vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients. Shake well in a jar and refrigerate. Serve with a mixed green salad. Use only mild flavored lettuce and vegetables to appreciate the nuance of the dressing.
