SPROUT SOUP 
1 c. bean sprouts
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Use either canned bean sprouts or other sprouts that you have grown. drain. Add to water in which bouillon cubes have been dissolved. Heat to boiling. Add soy sauce and seasonings. Serves 2.
