1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. choc. chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 box Crispix cereal
1/2 box confectioner's sugar

Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter in large pan; do not boil. Add 1 box Crispix cereal and coat cereal well. Let cool. Put confectioner's sugar in bag (plastic liner) and add cereal. Close top tightly and shake until cereal is coated with confectioner's sugar. Stores well in cookie tin.
