JUDY'S HEALTHY SHAKE 
1 or 2 bananas
2-3 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit such as: peaches, cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, apricots, etc.
1 c. non-fat plain yogurt

Place all of the above into blender and blend until smooth. Thaw fruit if frozen. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or a healthy snack.
