MACARONI AND EGGS 
2 c. macaroni
4 c. water
7 eggs
2 tbsp. butter

Bring water to boil. Add macaroni; cover and turn off. Let set twenty minutes. Macaroni should be tender. Drain and rinse. Put back in pan and melt butter into macaroni on low.

Scramble eggs and add to macaroni mixture. Cook until eggs are firm, scraping pan frequently. Serves 4. May put eggs and macaroni in skillet and fry.
