CUCUMBER SAUCE 
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. minced dill
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cucumber

Put milk in top of double boiler and sprinkle; flour, dill, salt over top and beat well. Stir in cucumber. Cook over hot water until thickened. Serve over fish fillet or veggies.
