BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
Makes two 9 x 13 pans.

2 eggs
13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
3 lb. lean ground beef

Beat eggs and mix in the rest of ingredients EXCEPT BEEF. Mix well. Mix in beef. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place in 2 greased 9 x 13 pans. One layer to each pan.

SAUCE:

Can use bottled barbecue sauce, or:

4 c. ketchup (44 oz. bottle)
2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. minced onion

Mix and pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can bake and freeze and warm later.
