QUICK CREAM PUFFS 
1 bag Anginetti cookies by Stella Doro
8 oz. whipped cream topping (not aerated can)
3 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. crushed pineapple

Start by cutting cookies in half and put aside. Mix whipped cream and cream cheese at medium speed for 1 minute. Add pineapple and mix at low speed for 1 to 2 minutes. Use a tablespoon to spoon onto cookies. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Suggestions: Light whipped cream and light cream cheese can be substituted. Also, other fruits like strawberries may be used.
