GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
5 lb. potatoes, cooked and sliced 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled 1 med. onion, chopped A little green pepper 2 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water Saute onion and pepper. Cook sugar, vinegar and water and thicken with cornstarch. Mix all ingredients together and fold into the cooked and sliced potatoes. |
