GARLIC SHRIMP ON LINGUINI 
1 lb. large shrimp
8 oz. butter
1/4 c. clam juice
1 oz. sauterne wine
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. linguini (uncooked)

Cook linguini according to package directions. Peel and devein shrimp leaving the tails on. Saute shrimp in butter and olive oil. Remove the shrimp as soon as they are done. Add remaining ingredients to butter mixture except linguini. Heat sauce to boiling. Reduce heat and add shrimp. Place cooked linguini on a platter. Top with shrimp and pour sauce over shrimp and pasta.
