TOMATO PUDDING 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. tomato puree
2 c. bread cubes, crust removed
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix brown sugar, tomato puree and butter. Cook 5 minutes. Place bread cubes in casserole dish. Pour hot mixture over bread cubes. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
