DELICIOUS FOILED FILLETS 
2 lb. white fish fillets
Salt and pepper
1 sm. green pepper, cut into squares.
2 sm. onions, sliced
1 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Divide fish into 6 equal portions. Place each portion on a square piece of foil; season with salt and pepper. Top each with green pepper, onion, and about 3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce. Dot each with butter; sprinkle each portion with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Seal each packet on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Serves 6.
