CHINESE SLOPPY BEEF | |
1 lb. 80% lean ground beef 1 stalk celery chopped fine 1 sm. onion chopped fine 1 tbsp. peanut oil and dash of ginger 2 tbsp. sherry 3 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. water 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar Brown beef in ginger and oil. Add celery and onion and stir fry 3 minutes. Add soy sauce, sherry, water and sugar. Stir fry for 4 minutes. If turns out too dry, add chicken broth to desired consistency. Serve over rice. |
