BLUEBERRY MUFFINS WITH YOGURT 
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Cream together: 1 c. sugar 2 eggs

Add to above: 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. grated lemon rind 1 c. blueberries

Muffins can be frozen.
