PORK NORMANDY 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. apple juice
1 med. apple, chopped
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Hot noodles
Apple slices

In 10 inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil, cook pork chops about 10 minutes or until brown on both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, apple juice, chopped apple, celery and thyme. Reduce heat to low, cover, simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot noodles. Garnish with apple slices. Serves 6.
