1 c. white sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 to 3 c. pecan halves

Combine everything except vanilla and pecans, cook until mixture forms soft ball stage in cold water. Add vanilla, mix well. Add pecans, mix to coat. Spread on waxed paper. Cool and separate.
