CRUNCHY VEGGIE DIP 
2 c. dairy sour cream
8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
1/4 oz. pkg. dry vegetable soup mix

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers, chips or crackers. 3 1/2 cups.
