CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW ROLL 
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 extra lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water

Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs and vanilla on high until light. Gradually add sugar while beating. Add dry ingredients while beating on low. Add boiling water. Mix well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from pan onto a powdered sugar sprinkled towel. Roll up and cool. Unroll cooled cake and spread evenly with Marshmallow Filling. Roll and chill 2 hours. Slice and serve with chocolate sauce if desired.

MARSHMALLOW FILLING:

1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Whip cream. Stir in vanilla and marshmallows. Variation: use ice cream for filling instead of marshmallow filling.
