LIGHT PEPPER NUT SANDWICHES | |
16 oz. low calorie cream cheese, softened 1 med. bell pepper, diced 1/4 c. diced onion 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. low calorie sour cream 1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise Whole wheat think sliced bread Blend first 6 ingredients together. Trim crusts from bread, reserving them for other recipes. Cover half the slices thickly with the spread, top with remaining slices. Cut into finger sandwiches. Yield: 5 dozen finger sandwiches. |
