STRAWBERRY MARZIPAN | |
3 pkg. strawberry Jello 1 can condensed milk 2 tbsp. sugar 3/4 lb. coconut, chopped fine 1 tsp. almond extract 10 drops red food coloring Mix together all ingredients except 1 package of Jello. Set aside at room temperature for 3 hours. Roll into the shape of strawberries. Roll in extra Jello. Prick each with a fork for seed effect. Put green frosting hulls on top; with toothpick for stem. When done, store in refrigerator, covered. For oranges, use orange Jello, roll in balls and put clove in for stem. |
