LASAGNA - THE EASY WAY! 
1/2 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. water
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. lasagna noodles
2 c. Ricotta cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger; drain. Add water, spaghetti sauce and salt. Bring to a boil. In 9 x 13 inch baking dish, layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 uncooked noodles, 1/2 Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses; repeat layers, ending with sauce. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Garnish with Parmesan. (To prepare in advance, bake before refrigeration or freezing).
