BILLY'S EASY TACO CHICKEN 
1 egg
2 chicken breasts
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. cornmeal

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Bone chicken and tear into 1 inch by 4 inch strips. Set aside.

3. Mix cornmeal and taco seasoning in a medium bowl.

4. Beat egg in a separate bowl.

5. Dip chicken in egg until well coated.

6. Dredge chicken through dry mixture.
