12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips 2 c. creamy peanut butter 2 c. blanched peanuts 1 c. butter 1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant) 1/2 c. evaporated milk 2 lb. powdered sugar, sifted 1 tsp. vanilla Butter 15 x 10 inch pan. In a medium bowl melt chips together at 50% power, stir often. Add peanut butter and mix well. Spread 1/2 of mixture on pan and chill. Add peanuts to remaining mixture and set aide. In a large bowl melt butter on full power. Stir in pudding mix and evaporated milk; blend well. Microwave on high 1 minute, do not boil. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over chocolate layer; chill 30 minutes. Carefully spread remaining mixture over pudding layer. Chill until firm. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. |
