CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp. brandy or Grand Marnier
1 c. boiling milk or water

Blend the above ingredients in electric blender until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into 6-8 small dessert dishes and chill. Top with PISTACHIO'S OR WHIPPED CREAM if desired.
