QUICK LUNCH BOX CAKE 
2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 (17 oz.) can undrained fruit cocktail
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, eggs, butter and fruit cocktail at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
