FRUIT DRESSING 
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) can whole cranberries
1 (12 oz.) can fried rice (or cook own)
1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple (drained)
1 (8 oz.) can drained and chopped apricots
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts (drain and chop)
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Saute onions and celery until clear in butter. Add rest of ingredients and stuff in bird or cook separately.
