BEEF CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles
salt and pepper

Brown ground beef and drain. Cook onion and celery in water until celery is tender; drain. Mix all ingredients together except noodles. Place mixture into a glass 9 x 13-inch casserole.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F. Cover with chow mein noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
