IRISH CREAM 
1 Can Eagle Brand milk
3 whole eggs
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
3 teaspoons liquid chocolate (syrup works)
8 ounces rye whiskey (can add more if desired)

Blend all ingredients together well. Using a blender works well. Pour into a 20 oz bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Makes 1 - 20oz bottle
