BLUE CHEESE VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 head lettuce (chopped) 2 c. mayonnaise 1 lb. bacon (fried and broken in lg. pieces) 1/2 c. sugar (sprinkled) 1 head cauliflower (cut in bite size) 1 med. onion (chopped) 2 oz. blue cheese (crumbled) Layer in order above. Refrigerate 24 hours. Toss well just before serving. Turkey bacon and low cholesterol mayonnaise can be used to meet dietary needs. Turkey bacon must be cut quite fine because it doesn't crisp like regular bacon. |
