QUICK CHICKEN STIR TRY | |
1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 bottle Kikkoman's stir fry sauce 1 can sliced water chestnuts Sliced onions, quartered Sliced bell peppers Broccoli Carrots 1 pkg. frozen snow peas Long grain white rice Prepare rice according to package directions. In large skillet, brown chicken (on medium heat) in oil (use a light one). As chicken cooks, cut into bite-size pieces. Turn chicken as needed. Add onions and peppers; reduce heat. Remember to stir occasionally. In separate pot, steam broccoli and carrots until just barely tender. Drain and rinse in cold water (to stop cooking action). Drain excess oil from skillet with chicken. Add bottle of stir fry sauce, broccoli, and carrots. Prepare snow peas according to package directions. Drain and add to mixture in skillet. Stir mixture in skillet so that every chicken piece is coated with sauce. Serve over cooked rice. Top with cashews if desired. |
