CLUB SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut up
2 lg. tomatoes, cut into eighths
8 to 10 slices bacon, crisply fried, crumbled
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
Barbecue Dressing (below)

BARBECUE DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all dressing ingredients together and chill.

Combine lettuce, chicken and tomatoes in bowl. Add crumbled bacon and toss with dressing. Garnish with egg slices.
