HOT FLASH BULB CHILI 
3 lbs. ground chuck
2 lbs. tomato sauce
1 lb. tomatoes, canned
1 lb. kidney beans
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Pour tomatoes and tomato sauce into a crock pot. Add vinegar, sugar, vanilla, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and chili powder. Brown meat slowly and add to sauce. Dice pepper and onion. Put beans in saucepan and rinse, then bring to slow boil and drain before adding to sauce.
