1 lg. bag Oreos
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush Oreos. Add 1/2 stick butter to crushed Oreos. Press half of cookies into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix 1 stick of butter, Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar in 1 bowl.

In separate bowl mix milk, pudding and vanilla. Blend together the 2 mixtures. Pour over cookie crust and top with the remaining cookies.
