NAVAJO TACOS (Indian Fry Bread) 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
3/4 c. warm water
Vegetable oil

TOPPING:

Taco seasoned ground beef
Refried beans
Onion
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Hot sauce
Sour cream
Cheese

Mix flour, salt, baking powder and water (optional a little teaspoon or so, sugar). Break bread into 3 pieces and roll into pie crust thickness.

Deep fry in medium to hot oil. Turn when light brown and cook the other side. Add whatever taco toppings you like. Great and very filling.
