SHRIMP OR CRAWFISH CASSEROLE | |
1 c. chopped onions 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. chopped celery 2 toes garlic, chopped 1/3 c. chopped parsley 1 c. chopped green onion tops 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs 1 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 3 c. shrimp or crawfish 2 c. cooked rice 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt Saute onions, pepper, garlic and celery in butter until tender. Add soups, parsley, green onions and shrimp or crawfish. Heat thoroughly. Stir in rice and bread crumbs. Transfer to 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
