1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
5 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Combine flour and baking powder. Add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla and mix well. Place dough on floured board and knead to cutting consistency. Roll out dough and cut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
