MACARONI CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked macaroni (8 oz.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup blended with 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. (1/4 lb.) grated mild cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients using only half the cheese. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Bake covered until bubbles through.
