ORIENTAL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & chopped

SAUCE:

3/4 c. orange marmalade
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. each soy sauce & water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. peanut butter

Mix first 7 ingredients together and form into small meatballs. Brown in a teflon pan or use tablespoon of oil in another pan. When brown, cover and reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Remove meat balls to serving dish. Pour off grease. Add all sauce together. Heat to boiling while stirring. Pour over meatballs. Serve with hot rice.
