EASY CARAMEL ROLLS 
1 c. chopped pecans
2 dozen frozen dinner rolls (frozen dough)
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (NOT instant)
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar

Butter 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan. Put frozen rolls on top of pecans, spacing evenly. Shake pudding over rolls. Melt butter and stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Now pour mixture over rolls. Cover with waxed paper and let rise overnight. In the early morning, bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Flip over on platter and serve warm. Delicious!
