YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 yellow squash
1 can tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can diced green chili
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
Black olives (optional)

Slice squash in large skillet. Mix in other ingredients. Simmer until squash is tender. Add sliced black olives and warm through. Serve topped with grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.
