IMPOSSIBLE RHUBARB PIE | |
4 c. rhubarb, cut up 5 egg whites 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. Bisquick 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Spray or grease pie pan. Put in the rhubarb. Beat together 5 egg whites and the sugar. Add Bisquick, vanilla, salt and melted butter. Pour over rhubarb. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Note: Recipe asks for 4 whole eggs. I substituted all egg whites. |
