BREAD PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 c. hot milk
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. fat
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine crumbs, milk, eggs, sugar, fat, salt and spices. Mix well, add vanilla, nuts and raisins. Turn into greased baking tin. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until firm. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 6.
