PIZZA MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp. season salt
1 tsp. Italian season or oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Make meatloaf with all but pizza sauce and Mozzarella cheese. When done add sauce and bake 10 minutes then sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top and bake until it melts.
