RAISIN-OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oats
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir in oats. Combine egg whites, brown sugar, oil, milk, vanilla, and raisins. Add to flour mixture. Mix well. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies. 70 calories each.
