SAUCE FOR 200 LBS MEAT 
1 gal vinegar
1 qt wesson oil or butter
1 box salt
2 lb. sugar
2 cans tomato paste
juice from 6 lemons
1 oz of red pepper
1/2 oz black pepper
1/2 oz chili powder

Put all in a pot, cook at 200°F. Stir often. Cook about 1 1/2 hours. If you don't use it all put in jars and seal like fruit. Will keep for 1 year.

*This is hot.
