CINNAMON-AND-SPICE COFFEE 
1 sm. lemon
1/2 c. ground coffee
1 tsp. anise seeds, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
8 cinnamons ticks for garnish
Cream and sugar

About 15 minutes before serving:

1. From lemon, grate peel. In bowl, mix lemon peel, ground coffee, anise seeds and ground cinnamon.

2. Prepare coffee by favorite method, using 6 cups water and ground coffee mixture. Serve spiced coffee in cups or mugs; garnish each with a cinnamon stick. Serve with cream and sugar. Makes 6 cups or 8 servings. About 5 calories per serving without cream and sugar.
