6 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese
1 pt. Cain's mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Fresh ground pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. tarragon
Lots of fresh parsley, finely snipped
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Thin with sour cream if used as dressing.
